Balance must be paid at the latest 7 days prior to service by wire or cash/credit card in euros upon 1st day of service

Full payment cash in Euros only if booking made 6 days or less prior to service)

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any excursion being interrupted by the client will not be subject to a refund

as well as a voluntary cancellation or no-show upon tour departure :

no refund on the payment made if cancellation made 1 day prior to service

cancellation between 2 days and 1 day prior to service : 40% of the total amount charged + balance

cancellation between 7 days and 2 days prior to service : 20% of the total amount charged + balance refund

cancellation between 7 days or more prior to service : 5% fee of the total amount charged + balance refund

CONSULTING FEES for France Customized Itinerary

Fee Details : after our initial conversation or mail, and/or acceptance of the terms of my services, I will require an initial non-refundable fee of €210.00.

If you do not wish to retain my services, I do offer a one-time €270.00 fee for the creation of a customized itinerary and consulting service, including 4 hours maximum of consulting.

Your service fee must be secured before my services to you are rendered.
